15 whole pitted dates
¾ cup raw whole almonds
¼ cup organic chia seeds
¼ cup organic cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until dough begins to form. Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl.
2. Pulse again until most of the almond pieces are broken and the dough is easy to form.
3. Roll into small balls (about size of 1 tbsp).
4. Enjoy immediately. You can also store in refrigerator or at room temperature in a closed container.
