CHIA ENERGY BITES
1 Cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice
2 Tbsp desicated coconut
2 Tbsp Nutri Superfoods Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup nut butter
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
In a bowl mix all the ingredients together until it forms into a dough like substance. Roll into small balls and place on a plate. Garnish with melted dark chocolate and enjoy!
RASPBERRY CHIA PUDDING
250ml Nut milk of choice
3 Tbsp Nutri Superfoods chia seeds
1 tsp sweetener of choice
A few tsp of raspberry jam
Extra raspberries for topping
Mix sweetener, milk and chia seeds and whisk. Leave for an hour or overnight. Add raspberry jam and fresh fruit on top. Serve and enjoy!
